How do we send our packages?
How do we send our packages? We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages. The postage rates depend on weight and size and are calculated at checkout. We use standard mail to ship UK orders and airmail for International orders. We don’t currently offer Recorded Delivery as standard.
We use Airmail as it’s currently the most economical and quickest route to send records overseas. We aim to deliver Airmail to Europe in approximately 14 working days and to the rest of the world 21 working days although often this is quicker. Please allow 28 days for delivery. If you wish to use a different method of postage please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see if we can help somehow.
What happens if my goods don’t turn up?
If for any reason you haven’t received your order please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll look into it asap.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your order please contact us on email@example.com and we’ll see if we can help resolve any issues. We will replace any items that have been damaged in transit within 14 days but we may request that you return it to us. If a replacement is not available we will issue you a full refund for the damaged. We will always try to make sure we ship your orders so they don’t get damaged.
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after delivery as long as items are in their original condition and any shrinkwrap is still sealed. To cancel your order, please write ‘cancel order’ on the invoice and return the whole package to the address below. We advise you Recorded Delivery for any returns and ensure the items are securely packaged. If they are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging we will be unable to issue a refund. After receiving the parcel we will refund your credit/debit card (excluding original shipping costs) within 30 days.
